Each piece of cast-iron cookware from Chasseur is hand-cast using an individual sand mould. When the construction is complete, the mould is destroyed. By using a fresh mould each time, Chasseur ensures everything is in proportion.

Manual enamelling

The eye-catching enamelling is done by hand, one piece at a time, by a team of experts. With finishes such as Duck Egg Blue, Caviar, and Inferno Red, you ll find a piece of Chasseur cookware to complement the other elements in your kitchen.

Self-basting lid

The weight of the lid creates the perfect seal for your ingredients. What s more, the underside of the lid contains self-basting rings to help your food reabsorb moisture, unlock more flavours, and keep heat evenly distributed.
