Thermoseal technology

Smeg s unique Thermoseal technology maintains the ideal atmospheric balance within the oven to achieve the best cooking conditions. Ambient air is not drawn into the oven, ensuring cold air does not interfere with the cooking process. This environment delivers succulent roasts, crisp pastries, and brilliant baking.

Cool Door system

Smeg s Cool Door system uses a 22-blade tangential fan plus a heat exchange baffle system to draw cool air up through the panes of glass in the door. This makes the door safe to the touch, even when you re cooking at high temperatures.

Pyrolytic cleaning

This self-cleaning function takes all the effort out of cleaning the oven. When activated, this function heats the oven up to extreme temperatures which reduces grease and food residue into a fine ash, which can then be wiped away with ease.

COMPACTscreen

The oven s intuitive COMPACTscreen ensures that operating the oven is quick and easy. Simply turn the left knob to choose your preferred cooking function, and use the right knob to select the ideal temperature for your dish.
