How to Use:

For a natural effect, apply Eye Liner as close as possible to the lash line, drawing short strokes from the outer lashes and moving slowly towards the nose. Eyes look more defined, lashes appear thicker.
TIP: For a sultry look, apply Eyeliner to both top and bottom lash lines and soften by smudging the colour outwards.
