-Equiv. fresh juice 2.85 g
Zinc gluconate 22.97 mg
-Equiv. zinc 3 mg
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 250 mg
Contains Sulfites.

Directions

Adults only: 2 capsules 4 times a day.
Best taken at first sign of cold and flu - within 48 hours of the onset of symptoms. Or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Maintenance Dose
Adults only: 2 capsules 1-2 times daily.
