Serving Suggestions:
Add 1-2 teasp. of dried herb to 1 cup of boiling water in an infuser, teapot or plunger. Allow steeping for 7 minutes. Sweeten with honey if desired. Drink 3 cups per day.
Use with caution in the first trimester of pregnancy. May decrease the absorption of iron, calcium and magnesium as well as some drugs - separate administration by at least 2 hours.
