Ingredients

Organic tamari soy sauce (soybean, salt), organic rice vinegar, organic yuzu citrus, organic sugar, salt, organic yuko citrus, organic sudachi citrus, organic rice fermented seasoning, kombu seaweed, organic dried shiitake mushroom.

Directions for Use

This product is best for a dipping sauce for cooked vegetables, seafood, meats, dumplings or dressing for salads and more.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Shake well before use. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 months.
