Betadine Antiseptic Ointment is recommended for the treatment of common mild skin infections, as well as for the prevention of infection in minor burns, cuts and abrasions. Betadine Antiseptic Ointment is a bactericidal antiseptic.

Apply Betadine Antiseptic Ointment directly to the affected area 2-3 times daily.

Do not use if hypersensitive to iodine. If redness, irritation, or swelling develops discontinue use and consult a doctor. For external use only. Avoid application over large skin areas or to extensive burn areas.
