BIOGLAN Strong Bones is formulated with 3 key bone health ingredients to support mineralisation.

This 2-a-day tablet offers a high amount of Calcium with Vitamin D3 and double protected, microencapsulated K2, which supports calcium absorption into the bones.

Supplementation can be of benefit to those following a diet which may be low in calcium such as dairy free or vegan.

Each Film Coated Tablet Contains: Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate) 500 mg, Calcium (as calcium phosphate) 150 mg, Total elemental calcium 650 mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 12.5 micrograms (500 IU), Menaquinone 7 (Vitamin K2) 20 micrograms.

Adults: Take 2 tablets daily. Swallow with a glass of water before or after a meal.
