To determine your ideal size, measure the distal and proximal circumference of your finger:

• Small: Distal Circumference (A) 30-40mm, (B) Proximal Circumference 50-65mm
• Medium: Distal Circumference (A) 40-50mm, (B) Proximal Circumference 60-75mm
• Large: Distal Circumference (A) 50-60mm, (B) Proximal Circumference 70-85mm
