How to wear

• Position the opening directly over the kneecap (patella).
• Secure the shorter strap behind the knee joint, between the upper and lower straps.
• Wrap and fasten the upper and lower straps to the front of the support for a comfortable, stable fit.

Sizing

Measure around the centre of the kneecap (patella) with the leg slightly bent. This wrap-around support is adjustable for a universal fit - if you fall between sizes, choose the larger/less restrictive setting for comfort.
