How to wear:

• Slightly bend your knee and position the wrap behind the joint.
• Start with one complete turn around the upper calf.
• Wrap upward in a spiral, overlapping each turn by about 50%.
• Adjust compression to comfort and secure the hook closure.

Sizing & measurement:

Measure around the centre of the knee joint. This product is a universal/one size design with adjustable compression to accommodate most users. If you are unsure, measure in centimetres and refer to any size guidance from a clinician.

Hand wash cold, do not bleach, air dry flat. Avoid ironing or dry cleaning to preserve elastic performance.
