Musashi BCAA capsules provide 600mg of Branched Chain Amino Acids in a 2:1:1 ratio to support muscle protein stores and assist muscle growth during exercise. It also assists with muscle protein synthesis following workouts or training. Branched-chain amino acids are essential Amino Acids and can only be obtained from diet or supplementation.

Directions

Adults: Take 2-3 capsules before exercise and 2-3 capsules after exercise, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
