The 22 GvIAP, 11th Air and Air Defence Forces Army, Russian Air Force Tsentralnaya Uglovaya (Vladivostok) received 3 Su-30 SM with Blue 45 being one. The 11th Red Banner Air and Air Defence Forces Army is a branch of the Russian Air Force tasked with defending the Russian Far East that covers the Eastern Military District.
