As the sun sets on one of Italy's most opulent cities, a carnevale is taking place, giving rare access to Florence's de facto rulers: the Medici. As the night progresses, dispatch your family to parties around the city, collect gossip, brag about your achievements, and muscle to the front of the crowds to get valuable face time with the heads of the Medici family: Cosimo, Contessina, and their son, the handsome Giovanni. By sunrise, one family will have the favour of the Medici. Everyone else will be left out in the cold, let the games begin!

The Florence Board Game is an area control game where the areas you seek to hold will change from round to round, as the Medici make their way from one party to the next. With open-ended action selection, command the scions of your family to roam the city, wage a soft war against your rivals, and build your reputation as a powerful noble!
