The Winemaker s Choice Shiraz displays delightful aromas of blood plums and blackberries with a lovely note of sweet spice from the oak. The palate is full bodied and rich with flavours of black fruits supported by vanilla spice and a hint of cracked black pepper. The wine has a beautiful acid balance, all of these work together harmoniously with the firm yet fine tannins that create a long silky finish.
