This umeshuhas been carefully aged with qualitybrandy, steeped pickled plum fruits andnatural sugars, with no added flavor,coloring or acidulant.Nose: apricot, peach Seville orange, young brandy with verylight tannins.Palate: Peach, pear & guava are the predominant fruitcharacters with almond, fenneland a little tannin fromunderripe Ume fruits. Thetexture is rich and syrupy.Finish: a delicate balancing act of sweetness, acidity and fruit.
