Our Rare Cask Series celebrates Tasmanian whisky through an endless pursuit of the abandoned exceptional, combing countries for casks both rare and remarkable. Inspired by a time of hidden and illustrious hedonism comes Rare Cask series Tokay. Evoke the magic of the jazz age in the modern age with this special single malt finished in barrels of Seppeltsfield’s blend of museum Tokay, containing a very precious parcel from the 1922 vintage. Very few will get to enjoy this exceedingly rare and exceptionally elegant drop, a unique expression of spirit and history brought to life with notes of manuka honey, flavours of mocha and honeycomb, with synonymous Tokay iced tea finish.
