Rooster Rojo Reposado Tequila 700ml

Produced and distilled in the heart of Tequila, Mexico, by Fabrica de Tequilas, this reposado was made with blue agave that was cooked in autoclaves using steam for 10 hours. A special yeast is then added to the agave juices before fermentation, which lasts as long as 72 hours before distillation. Aged for a minimum of two months in French oak barrels to give it a light oakiness, Rooster Rojo reposado tequila is one of Mexico’s finest tequilas, enjoyed alone or as a mixer. 100% agave.
