We begin with the finest Australian barley, sourced from Kangaroo Island, renowned for its pristine waters and vibrant wildlife—truly one of the world's premier regions for cultivation.

To embody the wood element of the 2025 Year of the Snake, our whisky is meticulously aged in charred oak barrels, infusing it with a rich depth of flavor and notes of wood and fire. To enhance its complexity, we’ve selected prestigious Galway Pipe Tawny casks, each aged over 15 years, to enrich the whisky further.

The result is a refined spirit with hints of indulgent toffee, rich raisins, delicate vanillin, and luscious butterscotch.
