Produced by Brauerei Locher at the foot of Mount Säntis, this expression is matured exclusively in old beer casks, a hallmark of the Säntis style that lends subtle malt sweetness and gentle complexity.

Unlike the richer, cask-finished Alpstein editions, Himmelberg focuses on balance and drinkability, making it an excellent introduction to Swiss whisky while still offering depth for seasoned enthusiasts.
