Yellow Tail Pure Bright Pinot Noir 2021
Yellow Tail PURE BRIGHT Pinot Noir is 20% lighter in alcohol compared to [Yellow Tail] Pinot Noir, with 100 calories per 150ml serve. A flavoursome red wine for any time of the year. A very pretty, rose petal nose with berry notes and redcurrant fruit. Refreshing and vibrant, with notes of cherries, red berries and a hint of sweet spice.

Yellow Tail Whisky Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
Premium grapes sourced from across South East Australia were selected to craft a vibrant, rich and generous wine with flavours of ripe berries, dark cherries and hints of spice. Final ageing in Australian whiskey barrels added layers of complexity and subtle notes of malt, cigar box and honey. The resulting wine is well balanced with a long smooth finish.

Yellow Tail Shiraz Cabernet 2020
Shiraz and Cabernet are perfectly compatible, offering a full bodied, robust red wine with the perfect blend of savoury and spice. This [yellow tail] Shiraz Cabernet is no exception. Dark fruit aromas of rich plum, blackcurrant and raspberry, in addition to mocha, oak and lingering spice.Rich and vibrant, with notes of plums, blackcurrants and a touch of vanilla.

Yellow Tail Merlot 2023
Yellow Tail Merlot is soft and supple, with sweet, plum and cherry flavours and a hint of liquorice or anise. Merlot is an excellent alternative to the heavier and more tannic red varieties.

Yellow Tail Shiraz 2023
The Yellow Tail Shiraz has aromas of ripe berries and sweet vanilla. Spicy, sweet fruit flavours on the palate are matched with subdued earthy tones and fine tannins.

Yellow Tail Cabernet Sauvignon 2023
Yellow Tail Cabernet Sauvignon is a bright red colour with a fragrant nose of primary red fruits and blackcurrants. Aromas of crushed blackberries with sweet mocha also fill the nose. Brimming with rich blackcurrant fruit and sour cherry flavours, the wine is mid-weight and displays a soft velvety finish.
