Crisp red fruits layered with autumn leaf, tilled earth and cedary characters all set a serious tone before opening up to red plum, dark cherry and black currant. Vital acidity, fruit flesh and taught, fine grained tannin build the framework for a long and elegantly structured palate.

This wine will pair well with new season lamb shoulder with broad beans and a combination of fresh and dried herbs; parsley, mint and coriander.
