Elegant red berry, cassis and white pepper aromas mix with integrated raspberry, spice and smoked lardon flavours. Savoury velvet tannins boost the length. The superb 2019 Mon Pe re is made from a blend of Tasmanian shiraz grapes from the Upper Derwent Valley and Coal River Valley. Aged in 30% new French oak.

This wine pairs well with beef, lamb game and poultry dishes.
