Pale straw in colour with a green hue, this wine showcases fragrant aromas of fresh lime and musk. The lifted lime aromas precede an incredibly juicy, vibrant and long palate with crisp mineral acidity and luscious citrus. This wine provides drinkability when young, but also rewarded by time in the cellar. Freshly caught crayfish served simply with fresh lime, coriander and just a lick of salted Tasmanian cultured butter.
