Nose: Aromas of deep, concentrated lemon curd with a hint of honeysuckle blossom.
Palate: Rich lemon and lime citrus, fresh aged Semillon development of toast and brioche. Amazing complexity.
Cellaring Potential: 10+ years.

Semillon works well with seafood, especially shellfish, pork, veal, chicken, game birds or dishes with cream sauces. Cheese, hard and soft is another great pairing, especially blue cheese.
