This Chardonnay exhibits a pale yellow colour with green hues. On the nose, you ll find stone fruit, brioche, and butterscotch aromas in harmony with vanilla and butterscotch notes from French new oak puncheons (25%). The palate is concentrated, mineral, creamy, and long due to perfect natural acidity. It s a vegan-friendly wine that can be cellared for up to 10 years.

Chardonnay is a perfect wine to pair with fresh white fish or fresh shellfish (oysters with a splash of lemon juice are a big tick), and grilled prawns with a fresh citrus sauce will also be a winner too. Vietnamese-style chicken salad is also a great pairing if you're feeling something more substantial too.
