This is a red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (68%), Merlot (18%), Malbec (7%), Cabernet Franc (7%). Vibrant deep red hue. Warm and inviting with black fruits, cherry and subtle hints of French oak. Medium bodied with a fruit forward lovely round, juicy palate and lingering soft finish.

This Cabernet Blend will pair well with Lasagne, Lamb Shanks, Pork Belly, Beef Brisket, Roasted Duck, Aged Cheeses and Mushroom Risotto.
