Appearance: Deep purple with vibrant red hues

Aroma: Rich youthful aromas of raspberry and blackcurrants backed by subtle herbaceous characters.

Palate: Bold, bright delicious red fruit flavours of red cherry and cranberry. These translate to a mediumbodied, intense, beautifully balanced, and framed palate. Soft tannins from the French oak provide structure and texture. A medium bodied, delicious red wine with length, savouriness, and complexity.

Cabernet Franc is best served slightly cool, around 15-20 C to allow its aromas to open up without making the alcohol too prominent. This wine will pair well with dishes featuring lamb, roasted meats, grilled vegetables, and some cheeses, especially those with a bit of funk.
