The Credaro Five Tales Cabernet Merlot is a well-balanced red blend from Margaret River, Western Australia, crafted by winemaker Trent Kelly.

Appearance: Medium dark red with purple tones.

Aroma: Lifted dark berry and spice aromas, with hints of chocolate and dried herbs.

Palate: Supple with cherry and dark plum characters, finishing gently with very soft tannins and creamy vanilla nuances.

Serving Temperature: Best enjoyed at 16 18 C.

Decanting: Not necessary; the wine is crafted for immediate drinking appeal.

Cellaring: While ready to drink now, it can be cellared for short-term aging to develop additional complexity.

This wine pairs well with: Grilled meats, Pasta dishes and Aged cheeses. Additionally, it complements dishes like lamb's heart, rigatoni with lamb ragu, lamb goulash, and Secreto Iberico.
