The appearance is of a brilliant pale straw colour with green hues. Aromatics showcase lemongrass, citrus fruits and hints of jasmine. The palate is defined by the drive and structure of the natural, mouth coating acidity with flavours in the lemon sorbet and kaffir lime spectrum. Made with a long future in mind this wine can be enjoyed in its youth but long term cellaring will reward those with patience.

Pairs beautifully with seafood dishes like scallops or prawns, light salads or Asian inspired cuisine with citrusy elements.
