Palate: Dynamic and energetic, featuring an aromatic symphony led by freshness and accompanied by a savoury tang. Notes of tropical fruit provide a final flourish.

Serving Temperature: 10 12 C

Perfect with pasta served with white meat sauces and all types of risottos, the wine comes into its own with grilled fish, dressed shellfish, poultry and tasty cheese. Great companion to delicately spiced Asian cuisine.
