Continental Platter s philosophy is to create delicious accessible wine for everyone without sacrificing their principles. Sustainable farming practices, minimal intervention and organic / biodynamic farming. Sourced from the iconic Hoffman vineyard in the Ebenzezer sub-region of Northern Barossa Valley, this is a relatively lighter, brighter style of Barossa shiraz. The Fruit was picked early to conserve natural freshness, while keeping the mid palate depth and luscious ripeness in check.
