Made from 100% Frappato grapes, which is one of the red grape varieties that grow further south in Europe. It is suitable for the production of red wines with low colour intensity, which is typical of a young red wine. The grapes are grown in the Acate area, where the main feature of the soil is the sandy texture. The Frappato single varietal offers an exuberant vivacity and shows a remarkable aromatic bouquet to enhance young wines with floral and fruity aromas.
Tinchit ros presents a warm cherry colour, with pronounced ruby and violet notes. It reveals a profusion of fresh floral scents such as geranium, raspberry, blackberry, wild strawberry, red currant and pomegranate.
Tinchit ros is a very versatile wine and it is perfect with cold cuts, fresh cheeses, pizza and tasty fish dishes. It is at its best young, when its fragrant taste and fruity notes are fully expressed.

This wine goes well with rich fish, shellfish, goat cheese, pizza and appetizers and snacks.
