Aroma: A beautifully complex nose of dried fig, apricot, and caramelized orange peel, layered with walnut, almond, toffee, warm spices (cinnamon, clove), and hints of vanilla and oak.

Palate: Silky and refined with a smooth, mouth-coating texture. Rich flavours of dried fruit, butterscotch, roasted nuts, and sweet spice, balanced by a lifted acidity and a long, elegant finish with lingering notes of honey and spice.
