Colour: Pale gold with green tinges and bright clarity.

Aroma: Complex and elegant with aromas of white peach, citrus zest, toasted hazelnut, flint, and integrated oak spice.

Palate: Rich yet refined with layers of stone fruit, grapefruit, nougat, and subtle vanilla. A creamy texture is balanced by fresh acidity and a long, mineral-laced finish.

Cellaring: Excellent to enjoy now but will gain further complexity over 5 to 7 years.
