Colour: Golden straw with light amber hues and clear brilliance

Aroma: Rich and developed with aromas of ripe stone fruits, lemon curd and baked apple, layered with toasted cashew, brioche, honey and integrated oak spice

Palate: Medium to full-bodied with a creamy texture and flavours of peach, nougat and citrus. A fine balance of acidity and oak influence leads to a smooth, complex and lingering finish

Cellaring: Drinking well now with beautifully matured characters, though it can be cellared for another 1 to 2 years for deeper honeyed notes
