Colour: Deep garnet with brick-red edges, showing signs of graceful aging

Aroma: Complex and evolving with aromas of blackcurrant, dark plum and blueberry, layered with notes of tobacco leaf, leather, dried herbs and earthy spice

Palate: Full-bodied and refined with mature tannins and integrated oak. Flavours of black fruits, mocha and spice are balanced by a savoury core and subtle tertiary development. The finish is long, smooth and deeply structured

Cellaring: Drinking beautifully now with decanting, but can continue to develop gracefully for another 3 to 5 years
