Held on skins for 6 hours to pick up a slight pink hue and gently pressed with 50% of the juice fermented in 3 year old oak for 6 weeks. Bottled immediately after fermentation.

Enjoy this wine with chicken or ni oise salad, salmon, feta, spinach/mint and quinoa tartelettes, duck, lamb served pink, veggie skewers on the barbecue, charcuterie and soft cheeses.
