Nose: Packham pear and white peaches carry the nose with a developed but subtle dried apricot lift in the background.

Palate: Bright acidity with a fuller bodied frame carries the wine and develops into notes of citrus, white peaches and sweet spice.

The zesty character in the wine is perfectly matched with lighter meals, white meats and seafood.
