Pale yellow in colour with green hints. The nose is unadulterated Chardonnay classically expressive of stone fruit, lemon and cut apple. The palate is elegant and fresh, highlighting citrus and stone fruits before building to a soft and round mid palate, balanced by a citrus minerality.

Wise Wolf Sauvignon Blanc 2023
Pale straw with a vibrant green hue. Delicate aromas of elderflower, lemongrass and lime peel, accented by subtle green herbaceous notes. Juicy green apple and thyme, finely balanced with a zesty grapefruit finish.

Mud House by Nature Sauvignon Blanc
Intensely aromatic, this Sauvignon Blanc greets the senses with vibrant notes of freshly cut grass, gooseberry, and tropical fruits. On the palate, zesty citrus flavours mingle with hints of passionfruit and a touch of minerality, creating a well-balanced and refreshing experience. Houghton Reserve Chardonnay 2023
Pale straw with tinges of gold. The bouquet displays primary fruit characters of white peach and citrus, combined with hints of roasted almonds and brioche. Subtle toasted oak and vanilla spice further enhance and provide interest to the aroma. Medium bodied, the palate mirrors the bouquet with fresh and full flavoured stone fruit and citrus characters. Hints of hazelnut and vanilla are derived from extended yeast lees contact and oak maturation, providing texture and a long finish.

Houghton Rivers Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is bright straw appearance with tropical aromatics of passionfruit, gooseberry and guava. The palate is fresh with vibrant lemon and lime citrus notes. Light lees adds weight and texture to the palate.
