Peter Lehmann Light Pass Cabernet 2015
This Cabernet is exceptional for its softness and silkiy texture. With lashings of blueberry, violet and ripe dark fruits on the palate, it finishes with great length that is firm and stylish. This bold red drinks beautifully now and will also flourish with age.

Greenock Estate Cabernet Shiraz 2019
Shiraz Cabernet is a classic blend of Barossa tradition. These combine to add layers of flavour and structure to this wine. It has been carefully crafted to showcase each variety to give balance, depth, interest and harmony with these two varieties. With combinations of red berry, dark berry fruits, mixed spice and fruit cake notes, This wine is a conversation on your palate. French oak 14 months and integrated fine tannins.

Wise Wolf Sauvignon Blanc 2023
Pale straw with a vibrant green hue. Delicate aromas of elderflower, lemongrass and lime peel, accented by subtle green herbaceous notes. Juicy green apple and thyme, finely balanced with a zesty grapefruit finish.

Bleeding Heart Chardonnay
Pale yellow in colour with green hints. The nose is unadulterated Chardonnay classically expressive of stone fruit, lemon and cut apple. The palate is elegant and fresh, highlighting citrus and stone fruits before building to a soft and round mid palate, balanced by a citrus minerality.

Vortex Luminaire Rose 2021
The primary notes are delicate red berries, combined with other light, fresh, and summery flavours. It is smooth and easy to drink, with refreshing acidity.

Seppelt Infamous Hooded Woman Sparkling Rose
This classic, dry style of sparkling ros begins with a complex, savoury nose of brioche, mineral salt and wild strawberry. The palate boasts further strawberry notes as well as rhubarb and red currant. The wine finishes with an ever so slight phenolic grip and saline acid that draws out the palate and is the perfect compliment to the flavoursome and soft mid palate.
