Colour: the prettiest pale pink with excellent brightness.

Aroma: Is lightly perfumed with delicate strawberry fruit aromas and some subtle musk characters.

Palate: This is in the Mediterranean style, being savoury and textural rather than overtly fruity. It has subtle strawberry fruit flavours and some cherry stone characters with a lovely mouthfeel and great palate weight and texture. It s good acidity and light touch of tannin astringency provide a pleasingly dry finish.

Cellaring: Best to drink as a young wine, we recommend storing in the fridge until chilled.
