Aroma: Fragrant and vibrant with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, wild herbs, and subtle spice, alongside hints of earth and floral notes.

Palate: Silky and fresh with a core of red berry fruit, supported by fine tannins and bright acidity. Subtle oak influence adds structure and complexity, leading to a long, savoury finish.

Cellaring: Drinking well now, but will benefit from short- to mid-term cellaring over the next 3 to 5 years.
