This youthful Assyrtiko offers an intensely fruity bouquet with aromas of honeysuckle and citrus fruits. On the palate, it presents refreshing acidity, a medium body, and a crisp finish, complemented by notes of lemon, grapefruit, green apple, pear, white peach, and a hint of salinity.

It is recommended to serve this wine between 9-12 C. It pairs excellently with fresh seafood, grilled fish, and spicy Asian cuisine. It can also be enjoyed as an aperitif or alongside light appetizers.
