A bright, energetic wine jam packed with an assortment of flavours and vibrant, chalky tannins. A lifted, fragrant nose. Beautiful, bold red fruits, with a hint of mint and some plummy aromas. The palate is equally as copious, with similar ?avours following the nose. There is an interesting mid-weight tannin pro?le and vibrant, lively acidity.

This wine pairs well with beef, lamb, game and cured meats.
