Cabernet has a very long history in Langhorne Creek and is one of the original red varietals that established the region.
It displays a classic ripe cassis aroma with supportive savoury notes. A well balanced palate showing ripe dark fruits enhanced by a silky textural finish. CELLARING: This wine will develop with further bottle maturation however the fine tannin structure means the wine can be enjoyed now.
