This 2021 Shiraz Malbec is a selection of premium fruit sourced from our vineyards at Bremerton.
The nose shows lifted violet and spice, complemented by a palate showing purity of varietal fruit. This red fruit and white spice is balanced by the structural complexity of fine French oak and a textural finish. Delicious to drink now, however it will develop more complexity with age.

This wine will pair perfectly with red meat, such as beef, lamb, and venison. The tannins will complement the rich flavours of red meat, and the wine's bold taste can stand up to the intense flavours of grilled or roasted meat.
