Appearance: Deep ruby to garnet colour

Aroma: Intense blackcurrant and blueberry aromas with a hint of cinnamon.

Palate: Ripe berry flavours complemented by subtle oak, soft tannins, and a touch of dark chocolate. Well-structured with toasty oak and fine tannins.

This wine should ideally be served between 15-18 C to allow the complex flavours and aromas to shine. This wine will pair well with roasted red meats, mushroom risotto, mature cheeses and dark chocolate desserts.
