Aromas: Dark and red sour cherries, dried rose petals, amaro, ginger spice.

Palate: Bright red berries, fine dusty tannins, subtle clove and tamarind notes.

Texture: Elegant, fine-boned, fresh acidity, and a lingering finish.

It is recommended to serve Pinot Noir between 13-16 C and should be decanted for about 30 mins prior to serving. This wine will pair well with a variety of foods such as soft cheeses, duck, mushroom based dishes and red and game meats.
