The Bethany Blue Quarry Grenache 2021 is a delightful wine from the Barossa region.

Wine Style: Red - juicy, smooth, medium-bodied.

Palate: A dynamic palate of dense red fruits, stony minerality, and smooth sandy tannins, holding structure and freshness through to the long, juicy finish.

Tasting Notes: Medium-deep crimson colour.

Aromas of cranberry, red plum, and red cherries with flinty graphite minerality. Well-concentrated red cherry, cranberry, and mulberry fruit flavours. Fine slinky tannins and attractive mid-palate viscosity. Long mineral acidity on the finish.

Pair with lamb, Mediterranean cuisine, charcuterie, cheese, spicy foods and grilled vegetables.
